Square Root London Ginger Beer Soda - 275ml

Ginger Beer has been brewed up as a spicy refreshing soda for centuries, and it was one of the original carbonated drinks and was made to stimulate the palate. Our recipe was one of the very first we made, and we’re proud of its natural heat and rich, well rounded flavour.

We press out root ginger for a bright, clean taste and boil what’s left to release the natural spicy flavours. Then we add freshly squeezed lemon juice, and blend with four different types of dark and light sugars to give a complex and unique flavour.
